James Beard Foundation Mentorship presented by KitchenAid is open to everyone, but was designed to make mentorship accessible and visible to the communities that have historically faced difficulties finding and engaging with mentors, especially women. Thanks to KitchenAid’s support and partnership, this initiative provides free mentorship to all culinary industry professionals and helps emerging talent connect with a larger network of support. JBF Mentorship is part of KitchenAid’s larger A Woman’s Place program, which aims to support and empower emerging women in the hospitality industry to bridge the gender inequality gap.
